Age

  • Cretoxyrhina mantelli (Agassiz) occurs from the Conlinoceras tarrantense (Adkins) zone to the Peroniceras haasi Young zone, from the lower Middle CenomanianStage to the lowermost Coniacian stage (~96–88 mya).
