Age

  • Peilinia quadriplicata (Shumard) ranges from about the Mortoniceras equidistans (Cragin) zone (and possibly lower) to the Mariella (Wintonia) brazoensis (Roemer) zone, early Late Albian Stage to very Early Cenomanian Stage (~100–97 mya).
