Age

  • Rastellum carinatum (Lamarck) ranges from the Mortoniceras (Angolaites) lasswitzi (Young) zone to the Budaiceras hyatti (Shattuck) zone, middle Upper Albian to Lower Cenomanian Stage (~100 to 97 mya).
