Age

  • Texigryphaea washitaensis Hill is a very long ranging oyster, first appearing in the Adkinsites bravoensis (Bose) zone and disappearing either in the Graysonites lozoi Young or Budaiceras hyatti (Shattuck) zone, early Late Albian Stage to late Early Cenomanian (~101–97 mya).
