Stratigraphic Occurrence

• Trinity Group, Upper Glen Rose Formation of Central Texas.   It may extend down into the lower part of the formation.

Age

• Arctica gibbosa (Giebel) occurs in the upper part of the Glen Rose Limestone, in the Hypacanthoplites comalensis (Scott) zone of Young, Early Albian Stage (~108 mya).
