Age

  • Pachymya austinensis Shumard ranges from about the Mortoniceras (Angolaites) drakei (Young) zone to the Budaiceras hyatti (Shattuck) zone, very Late Albian to middle Early Cenomanian Stage (~98 to 97 mya).
