Stratigraphic Occurrence

  • Trinity Group, Lower Glen Rose Formation of south-central Texas

 

Age

  • Pseudomelania pupoides (Cragin) occurs in the Douvilleiceras mammillatum (Schlotheim) zone, early Albian Stage (~112 mya), and may be as old as latest Aptian.
